2021 Estate Chardonnay

Honeysuckle and baked pie crust tease the nose along with subtle hints of crushed sea shell not far behind.  The palate is captivated by a fresh acidity of Meyer Lemon and Asian Pear melding perfectly with the creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of fresh meringue.  Comforting notes of toasted almond and English vanilla toffee linger on the finish.
